Riz en Folie, Canada’s first rice pudding bar, offers a new dessert concept in a retro-futuristic inspired boutique. Served in environmentally friendly and reusable containers and available in bulk or by the unit, the house puddings come in 16 original milk-based flavours. Created by Chef Daren Bergeron (Decca 77), these delectable desserts do not contain any eggs, wheat or preservatives. The bar also provides free delivery on the Island of Montréal.
