An old school approach to cuisine with a touch of 21st century practices allows EVOO to offer a twist on contemporary French gastronomy. Borrowing from, among others, traditional Irish and southern Mediterranean kitchens, and using ingredients sourced both locally and seasonally, Chefs Sophie Ouellet and Peter Saunders serve up brunch, lunch, and dinner. A three-course group menu is available as are a two- and three-course lunch menu. The wine list is composed of private imports.
