The Gallant Sugar Shack welcomes springtime and its purest traditions with its production of exceptional quality maple products. The huge log cabin, built with the trees recovered after the1998 ice storm, was the fulfillment of the Gallant family's dream. In April and May, the sugar shack invites visitors to satisfy their sweet tooth, as well as rest after a long day of skiing or hiking.
