With Michele Forgione now at KoKo in the Opus Hotel, the restaurant’s menu offers the Executive Chef’s signature Italian fare in addition to international classics. While starters like porchetta di testa and grilled octopus whet the appetite, mains like homemade ricotta gnocchi with short rib ragout and Sicilian rabbit with green olives, pistachios, and raisins prolong the gourmet journey through Italy.
