Denis Lefebvre lacked neither vision nor ambition in his first restaurant endeavour. Visually: architecture by Humà, seven decors – one for each evening – by Moment Factory, uniforms by Dubuc, paintings by Dominic Besner, all within a New York-style ambiance. For the palate: a fresh mix of French gastronomy from Chef Bernard L’Hôte, festive libations from cocktail creators, Lebeau and Picard, eclectic weekend brunches, and a late evening menu served from 10:00 p.m. A new experience? Even better, a NÜVÜ experience.
