Through its upscale regional cuisine prepared with fresh Québec products, the Restaurant de l'Institut, under the guidance of Chef Olivier Rault, is adept at displaying the quality of training given at the Institut de tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Québec (ITHQ), a centre of excellence in education specializing in tourism, hotel, and restaurant services. During the week, the kitchen and dining room welcome graduating ITHQ students to put their classroom training into practice under the watchful eyes of their teachers.

Breakfast: Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and Saturday to Sunday, 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Lunch: Monday to Friday, noon to 1:30 p.m., closed on Saturday and Sunday. Evening: Tuesday to Saturday, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., closed on Sunday and Monday.
