The restaurant Robin des Bois (Robin Hood) enlists an army of neighbourhood volunteers—artists, businesspeople, designers—working under the supervision of Chef Sebastien Courville, who prepares meals using only the finest and freshest local ingredients. All profits are donated to community charities. As such, each time that a client feeds their hunger, they help the most destitute to do so as well.
