It’s baaaaack! From August 21 to 24, Main Madness sweeps Saint-Laurent Boulevard for the second time this summer. That’s four full days to hit the pavement, scoop up sweet bargains and be part of a hugely popular Montréal scene as Saint-Laurent Boulevard is transformed into a pedestrian-only outdoor mall, from Mont-Royal Avenue right down to Sherbrooke Street.
Besides finding great discounts at the eclectic mix of boutiques that line this strip, you’ll be able to test drive some new products, catch some break-dancing shows, watch a Fringe fest act or see a home-grown indie film. And if your legs call it quits, just sidle over to the one of the many terrasses and plop yourself down to enjoy a bite to eat or a nice tall drink.
