August 8, 2011 – Pure and calming with its white on white interior punctuated by the artistic works of painter Anna Kornycheva, Nocochi has an art gallery feel about it. Located just a few steps away from Concordia University and the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, the café welcomes a relaxed and refined crowd that appreciates the variety of an exquisite menu inspired by European, Mediterranean, and Middle Eastern delights.

Open seven days a week, Nocochi offers a colourful and savoury selection of Vivel classics for which it is the only distributor in the country. Imported from Dubai, these cookies, Turkish delight, fruit jellies, marzipan, and other homemade traditional Persian and Middle Eastern pastries are enchanting to the sense of taste.

Offered individually, in various groupings to go, and gift-wrapped, these little gems of deliciousness—of which many are gluten-, egg-, and milk-free—satisfy anyone who has a weakness for exotic treats made from almonds, pistachios, fruits, or spices.

Morning, noon, afternoon, or evening, Nocochi invites you to enjoy a spread that is as simple as it is enticing with choices like a bohemian omelette, salade niçoise, panini royal, pizza capricciosa, and afternoon tea plates, to name but a few. Beverage options include fresh orange juice, espresso, Italian vanilla soda, German beer, wine, ice cider, and champagne.

Feeling peckish? Look no further than Nocochi!
