Art aficionados, theatre buffs, music lovers and night owls by the thousands will be flooding the city streets this February 28, from dusk til dawn.

From the city centre to Old Montréal and by way of the Plateau Mont-Royal, museums, art galleries and performance halls will be throwing their doors open to revelers willing to go the extra hour for a taste of Montréal’s vibrant culture and nighttime fun.

The Montréal All-Nighter will feature some 120 activities, as unique as they are diverse. Big and small, there’s something for everyone, from dancing at City Hall to shadow shows on brick walls, and outdoor movie screenings on the esplanade of Place des Arts.

The festival also offers you a unique opportunity to see artists of all types practicing what they love best, whether it’s silkscreen printing, theatre, music or myriad other artisanal crafts.

To guarantee you don’t miss a thing—or at least get the very most out of the evening—a free shuttle service will carry you from one activity to the next and the métro (subway) will stay open all night.

With a program like this, you have nothing but great picks. In preparation, you can start getting your beauty rest!
