September 15, 2014 There's no better way to celebrate your long-term relationship with clothes than to attend The Big Fashion Sale by Québec Designers (also known as the Braderie), which marks its 20th anniversary this year. This special occasion takes place October 23-26, 2014, and features the creations of close to 100 fashion designers. You’ll most certainly come across at least one item to enhance your current couture status.

It all started in 1994, when the Braderie hosted a measly 50 customers. Today, it has grown into a spectacular event attracting some 25,000 shoppers to the always-chic Marché Bonsecours in Old Montréal.

Why go? Because Québec designers like to liquidate their samples and overstock by offering them at significantly reduced prices (50-80% off). The Braderie is also a rare opportunity to meet and chat with the actual designers who make sure you and your wardrobe get along throughout the year.

Offering women's and men’s ready-to-wear, children's clothing, coats, sportswear, leather, fur, shoes, bathing suits, lingerie, casual wear, and all kinds of accessories, the Braderie is where you can fall in love with fashion all over again.
