April 4, 2012 – Prost! Cheers! Santé! Kampai! In whatever language you choose, you’ll be able to enjoy delicious new beers at the ever-popular Montréal Beer Festival. This 19th edition, filled with colourful, international brews—from light to bitter to stout and everything in between—takes place at Place Bonaventure, June 6-10, 2012. The festival will include, for the first time, the Canadian Brewing Award ceremonies, June 8-9, an occasion to celebrate the best of Canada’s brewing achievement in a city known for its strong, dynamic beer culture.
Foodies will be thrilled with the Flaveurs Bières et Caprices Mezzanine, which offers an ideal way to sample beers with appetizers throughout the duration of the festival. And for those interested in a little beer tutelage, tasting classes will provide a solid knowledge base of the coveted liquid!
The Montréal Beer Festival is the largest of its kind in North America. With over 500 products available for sampling, novices, Epicureans, and the most discerning beer connoisseurs revel united in all that is good about beer!
