Chef Alexandre Gosselin is the driving culinary force behind this BBQ/Bar that welcomes business professionals at noon and a mix of everyone at night. It features large, square tables, a relaxed atmosphere, seamless service, and, as the name implies, a penchant for the grill. It goes without saying that their mouth-watering ribs flaunt an exquisitely original flavour and other creations such as the BBQ rib burger with pecorino cheese, caramelized onions, homemade BBQ sauce and arugula are undeniable comfort food masterpieces! Several cuts of 3A Québec-raised beef eagerly await your preparation instructions before hitting the charcoal. Fish on the grill is just as tasty, especially when it is Chef Gosselin’s skate wing with spinach, grelot onions, pancetta, kale and raw cocoa. Foodies won’t be able to resist garlic bread smothered in Migneron cheese and cheese curd purée: simply divine!
