March 19, 2010 – Hidden away in Griffintown for the past couple of years, Les Brasseurs de Montréal is a wonderful spot for a nibble and a tipple! At lunch, the microbrewery comes alive with young – and young at heart – urban professionals looking for tasty, upscale pub-style food and interesting beers at surprisingly affordable prices.

On tap? The Griffintown Montréalaise (blonde), the London Ruby Anglaise (rousse), the Chi Orientale (ginger and citrus), the Ghost Town (a stout with absinthe – now that’s the makings for an interesting night out!) and house sodas.

The menu, displayed on large blackboards, features the ultimate in comfort food; a fav is the fried cheese, a kind of cheesy imperial roll that can’t be good for your heart but is simply heavenly for your palate!

Furthermore, after a good meal and a good pint (or two!), you learn that Les Brasseurs de Montréal will soon offer training for newbies and experts alike. You’ve tasted what is possible- now it’s your turn!

1483, Ottawa Street
