Published on July 20, 2009 - The Gay Village is an obvious spot for all queers to party, but "Gay Montréal" does not respect geographical borders. If you're looking for some of Montreal's hippest, hottest and alternative homo events, check out the options below and visit their Facebook pages for more info.

If you're looking to meet hot and stylish guys, Mec Plus Ultra is the place to be. This party happens twice a month; the second Friday and the last Sunday at Le Belmont. The idea is to make it easier for guys to meet new people, drink a beer and enjoy some amazing Electropop.

Running for more than ten years, Meow Mix is a monthly, Saturday celebration for bent girls (and their buddies!) who are interested in alternative queer culture. Each edition features a cabaret-style show highlighting local and international talent, followed by a sweaty dance party. The performance always starts at 10:30 p.m. at La Sala Rosa.
