Published on November 2, 2009 – A professional manicure is already the ultimate indulgence, but once you throw in a glass of champagne, a few episodes of Sex & the City and gourmet nibbles, you may think that you have arrived in manicure heaven.

No appointment?  No worries.  At the Rouge Nail Bar, you will be pampered by an ultra-efficient esthetician who can whiz you through a mani-pedi combo in less than an hour.  Hmm…what to do with the time saved?  How about a wee drink and a chin-wag with a gal pal at the bar?

Sink into an incredibly comfortable chair set amidst a modern yet unpretentious décor and enjoy the adventures of Carrie Bradshaw in the Big Apple or the works of Leonard Cohen– the Vancouverite owner swears by him – on screen.

The boutique offers a gamut of unique and sustainable products, including organic soy candles to a line of essential oils, as well as a diverse collection of handmade gift items.

So if you happen to be strolling down the Main and suddenly feel the need for a manicure, then you are in luck!  The salon is open 7 days a week until 10 PM.

GREAT CONCEPT, GREAT SERVICE Posted by Tracy  | November 7, 2010
I recently went to the St Laurent location with a friend. We loved the concept and the decor. We both had shellac manis. They played Californication and Sex and the City on flat screens. They have leather couches instead of those big pedi chairs. The are way more comfortable to sit on. The whole vibe of the place is just very cool. Was the best afternoon ever. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND! p.s. their cappuccinos are delicious

The BEST place for nails in Montreal! Posted by Isabelle  | November 4, 2010
I come to Montreal often and have struggled to find a cool place to get my nails done. I find spas are boring and overpriced. Rouge is perfect! I went to the one on Fairmount, but I have been to St Laurent as well and have had amazing experiences at both. They are total nail pros and have a super chic and fun environment. They are also SUPER clean and even give you your nail file and buffer at the end of the service. I have been to spas that charge 4 times as much and they don't event do that.
