August 7, 2012 – Summer’s here and you want to hit the water, so what better way than with H2O Adventures. Recipient of the 2009 and 2012 Grands Prix du tourisme québécois awards in the “Environmental and Adventure Tourism” category for the Montréal region, H2O has grown into one of Canada's pre-eminent outdoor and corporate adventure experience providers. The centre offers a wide range of boats to suit just about any sized group. Visitors can rent popular eco-friendly electric boats, as well as a wide range of kayaks, pedal boats, and even 13-passenger voyageur canoes (personal floatation devices and all safety equipment are provided).
Operating out of the historic Lachine Canal, just minutes from the Old Port and the Atwater Market, and steps from local shops, restaurants, and public transportation, H2O Adventures was established in 1996 as a paddling school dedicated to bringing the sport of kayaking to the greater public. In just two short hours, guests can discover the basics of kayak control and effective paddling.
So if water sports really float your boat, then catch some waves under the sun with H2O Adventures!
