May 14, 2014 Montréal’s endless love of jazz continues this year with the 35th anniversary of the Festival International de Jazz de Montréal, at the Quartier des spectacles from June 26 to July 6. And for the occasion, there is no mountain high enough to keep fans away from the legendary songstress, Diana Ross. The 2014 recipient of the Festival’s Ella Fitzgerald Award performs in two concerts as part of her In the Name of Love Tour, accompanied by a 15-piece orchestra.

While the outdoor program is yet to be fully announced, the indoor bill features, in addition to Ms. Ross, a ridiculous amount of talent, including Aretha Franklin, Cassandra Wilson, Diane Reeves, Rufus Wainwright, Keith Jarrett, Bobby McFerrin, and Snoop Dog!

The Festival, presented by TD in collaboration with Rio Tinto Alcan, closes with a supersonic evening starring Deltron 3030, a supergroup comprising Dan The Automator, Del The Funkee Homosapien, and Montréal’s very own Kid Koala.

So, do you know where you’re going to?
