Tourisme Montréal’s Convention Services make planning easier by providing you with a wide range of tools, plus helpful advice to ensure your event’s success.

We can:

  • Recommend goods and services providers (audiovisual equipment rentals, customs brokers, caterers, event producers, etc.)
  • Develop a microsite exclusively for your delegates
  • Offer a suite of readily available or easily downloadable promotional material and attendance-building tools
  • Set up a free housing reservation system using Passkey* with weekly pick-up reports available on-line
  • Offer welcome services to your delegates
