The menus are designed by the famous Chef Louis-François Marcotte, in collaboration with owner Benoit Hogue’s renowned La Brigade volante. Six dining options are available and served by a team of experienced and dedicated professionals. Artisanal cheeses from the Fromagerie Chaput are featured on the Prestige and Gourmet option menus for a third year. Three elegant spaces offer the most beautiful panoramas of Montréal: the Chic Terrace, the Salon Prestige, and the Salle Panoramique.
