The Café de Paris, the restaurant of the prestigious Ritz-Carlton Montréal, is temporarily closed while the hotel undergoes major renovations. Guests are invited to enjoy the gourmet dishes of this celebrated restaurant when it reopens, which is planned for the end of summer 2010.
