Open since 2011, the Centre for Sustainable Development offers multipurpose, easy-access, and bright rooms with large windows and acoustic panels for meetings, conferences, training sessions, or cocktail parties. The Atrium features a lush garden wall and a five-storey space illuminated with natural light. The Clark Room is decorated with a large mural by artist, Marie-Claire Blais. As a LEED(R) Platinum New Construction certified building, the Centre invites reflection upon sustainable development (and its relationship to other aspects of life) and provides a support service for organizing sustainable events.
