November 23, 2011 ─ They may have disappeared some 65 million years ago, but dinosaurs continue to fascinate us to this day.  Young and old alike will be nothing less than fascinated when they come face to face with one of the 14 life-size animatronic creatures featured in the exhibit, Dinosaurs Unearthed, at the Montréal Science Centre. Designed by the Dinosaurs Unearthed company from British Columbia, this is the world’s very first exhibit to present life-size models of feather-covered dinosaurs!

From the imposing 8-metre tall Gigantoraptor – the largest feathered dinosaur ever discovered – to the massive Stegosauraus that visitors can animate themselves, these dinosaurs come to life to thrill and amaze!  In addition, the exhibit features more than twenty fossil replicas, including three complete, full-sized articulated skeletons, as well as a host of other exciting discoveries along this self-guided tour that will surely captivate visitors of all ages!

Skin colour and texture, sounds, movements…every paleontological aspect has been carefully studied to make Dinosaurs Unearthed an experience to be remembered. For a long, long time.
