The gauntlet is thrown, the rules are set: it’s time to choose your allegiance in a culinary showdown you won’t soon forget! On the first Tuesday of every month, master chefs Laurent Godbout and David Biron face off in the kitchen with a list of fresh, market-based ingredients and an abundance of flair, treating patrons to sensational salvos of delectable delicacies. Godbout’s style is French and Biron has a penchant for Asian, but their real talents lie in reinventing their respective genres and treating taste buds to unexpected pleasures.

As a witness to this dynamic duel, you’re asked to pick sides—literally—and sit in either chef’s section. Your wait staff, tableware and gastronomic experience will vary accordingly. Rather stay neutral? Not to worry: you can always hedge your bets and mix and match from both menus. And if you can’t make it to the monthly main event, both chefs prepare a menu that changes every three months, so you can try their latest creations anytime and even treat yourself to a seven-course sampling meal—provided your palate can stand the suspense!
