On the menu, grilled specialties and seafood occupy a prominent place alongside gourmet creations based on local Québec products, such as Lac Brome duck breast gravlax with wild ginger, and pan-fried black cod. In addition to a fine selection of cocktails, the wine list offers some exclusive private imports. As for ambiance, jazz music permeates the venue, which welcomes small bands during festival season. This non-profit institution uses its surplus to fund free activities presented by the Festival International de Jazz de Montréal at the Maison du Festival Rio Tinto Alcan.
