Accessible by a funicular, The Montreal Tower is the tallest inclined tower in the world, rising 165 metres at a 45-degree angle. At its peak, you can admire the Montréal area and the St. Lawrence Plains 80 kilometres in the distance. Built in 1976 to host the Olympic Games, the recently renovated Sports Centre features seven basins for water sports, training areas, and state-of-the-artequipment. Throughout the year, the Esplanade Financière Sun Life, located at the foot of the Olympic Stadium, offers young and old a diverse program of sporting and cultural events.

January 4 to February 19, closed for annual maintenance of the funicular. February 20 to April 29: Tuesday to Sunday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Monday, 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. (February 22, closed; March 28, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.) April 30 to June 23 and September 6 to October 10: Tuesday to Sunday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Monday, 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. (holiday Mondays, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.) June 24 to September 5: Tuesday to Sunday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Monday, 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. (September 5, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.) October 11 to December 23: Tuesday to Sunday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Closed on December 24 and 25. Closed in January and February for the annual maintenance of the funicular.
