The SAT is a transdisciplinary centre dedicated to research, creation, production, presentation, education and conservation in the field of digital culture. The SAT provides a collaborative forum and practical context to develop innovative projects as well as to debate current issues related to emergent technologies. Since its inception, the SAT has hosted, produced, co-produced events that have linked more than 8,000 artists, many of whom have gone on to enjoy distinguished careers on the national and international scene. The SAT has consistently showcased Montréal-based creators in order to garner public awareness and appreciation of local talent.
