Of all the kings, emperors, rulers and military leaders known to history, Napoleon continues to be one of the most celebrated. Thanks to a major donation from Ben Weider, a well known personality and collector, the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts is devoting new permanent galleries to the Emperor. A hundred works of art and objects relating to the arts under the First Empire, and personal effects that once belonged to Napoleon will be displayed.
