Overview

A superb example of 17th century French architecture, the Maison LeBer LeMoyne is the pride of the Musée de Lachine. The house and its dependency were built between 1669 and 1671 for the fur trade. Considered the oldest, intact buildings on the Island of Montreal, you may visit them accompanied by a guide during the Montréal Architectural Heritage Campaign.
