This exhibition features over thirty recent photographs by Lynne Cohen, punctuated in a non-chronological fashion by earlier works reaching back to the seminal 1971 Phillips Living Room. While the exhibition focuses on shifts in the evolution of Cohen’s work, it also highlights the various singular iconographic and formal devices, along with different ways of identifying and dating photographs, that she has exploited during the last forty years or so.
