The concept of this new Mad Maus event stems from an international movement where fashion, design, art, electronic music and a fascination for pop culture converge. For this occasion, the Velvet will transform into a film set to welcome its first crop of designer guests: Dimitri Chris, Martin Rondeau, René Leblanc, Zilon, Jennifer Silencieux, Naomi Laliberté, Emanuel Botello, Cary Tauben, Naco Paris, Carlos Diez Diez, Erick and Alexandre Faulkner, Alexandre Bis Dufoix and Christopher Lee Sauvé. Inspired by Bauhaus, Dadaism, cartoons from the Great Depression, and, more specifically, the mouse drawn by Van Beuren Studios (Hollywood, 1930), Mad Maus asks fashion designers, stylists and artists to reinterpret the era by making a hat with mouse ears.
