From giant scarab beetles to fireflies to insects joined together in “song,” this exhibition showcases the surprising and unique behaviour of nature’s little champions. Beautiful insects from around the globe, including live specimens, are featured alongside stunning photos and tons of interactive fun. The workshop Naturally Well Made (Patte-à-patte Room, 2:15 p.m, 15 min.) shows how insects are inspiring models of efficiency, perfectly adapted to their environment. Meanwhile, the Pop Capsules workshop (in French only, within the exhibition) offers a close-up look at insects, revealing some of their amazing secrets.
