Bistro Le Balmoral

Bistro Le Balmoral offers grilled specialties, seafood, and gastronomic creations prepared with Québec produce. Signature dishes include rabbit croquette and veal cheeks, and the wine list is made up of various private imports. Offering jazz music Thursday to Saturday evenings from 9 p.m., the venue is a non-profit restaurant, with surplus revenue helping to finance the free activities presented by the Festival International de Jazz de Montréal at the Maison du Festival Rio Tinto Alcan.

From 11:30 a.m. Closure of the kitchen at 11 p.m. Closed Sunday and Monday evenings from mid-August to late May. Annual leave during the last week of December and the first of January.
