The Black & Blue festival is an entire weekend devoted to expression. It invites people from around the world to convene for a good cause: Supporting the BBCM on their mission to fight AIDS around the world. Tickets to the main BLACK & BLUE event on Sunday, October 12 are $95 for regular, and $120 for VIP. There are also two weekend passes available: The Weekend VIP Pass ($250), which includes VIP access to a selection of main events, and the TOP VIP Festival Pass includes access to all official festival events.
