The New Year’s Eve Party in Old Montreal (December 31, 2014 – January 1, 2015): The only place to see and be seen on New Year’s Eve is at Merry Montreal’s party in Old Montreal. The festivities start at 7:00 PM, but really get underway around 10:30 p.m. when Alex Nevsky, Bernard Adamus, and Les Soeurs Boulay start spinning at the DJ booth. Approaching midnight will be the Telus Fire On Ice countdown to 2015. The party will continue until 2 a.m. with more DJs and the Coca-Cola “Brigade du Bonheur”.
