  • HOT & DRY: A BIG GAY PARTY TO GET SUMMER STARTED

    Posted by

    gay dance party

May long weekend is the perfect opportunity to kick the summer off with some fresh beats and new friends at Hot & Dry.

Hot & Dry is a ridiculously hot and sexy annual weekend party in Montréal where top name DJs spin at some of the city’s sweatiest nightlife venues. There are at least eight separate events, and many other side festivities (it’s Montréal, when is there not a party happening?). But the two biggest parties of the weekend are always the actual “Hot & Dry” on Saturday (May 22) starting at Sky Bar, and moving to Circus Afterhours. Then on Sunday you can keep the beat alive at “FRESH!” – which goes down at Parking Nightclub.

Tickets can be purchased for each event (between $5 – $25). Or if you are a gay with penchant for saving a few bucks, you might consider the whole weekend pass for just $69. And who doesn’t love some 69 action?

Here are some of the names that will be spinning throughout the multiple events of the weekend:

    The Cube Guys

    Mat Ste-Marie

    Ian Key

    David Morales

    Nick Fanciulli

    Ronski Speeed

    Bart Clasessen

    And more!

Where to Stay: A popular choice is the Gouverneur Hotel in the Gay Village. But you could also explore a Gay Bed & Breakfast for a more personable experience.

Where to Eat: The Gay Village provides tons of opportunities for good food. Watch this Village Tour to get some ideas.

What else to Do: After you’ve thoroughly exhausted your legs, why not get them massaged at Rain Spa, a restorative hamman experience.

It's also so profound how you can be entrenched in cosmopolitan life and minutes later be surrounded by nature...and those clouds; there's no clouds like the ones over Montreal--surreal and oh so beautiful.
