Hot Lesbian (Dancefloor) Action ::: BYOL

Gay Pride weekend in Montreal provides many options for celebrating, from the Pride Parade to Omegadom to the Tropical Zone. But sometimes you want a space that optimizes “potential”.

I’ve got the hippest recommendation for lesbians, dykes, gouines, bisexual women, muff-divers and butches.

Find out where the girls are at…Local and visiting lesbians have a date on August 14 at one of Montreal’s hippest and creative spaces, the SAT (Society for Arts and Technology), for the 4th edition of the Bring Your Own Lesbian party.

The BYOL party is intended for those who want to have fun, meet women and celebrate the Montreal Summer with top-notch DJs (Nikita and Raphaella). You can expect to hear beats from Peaches, TIGA, Cut Copy, Madonna, Depeche Mode, Daft Punk and more. All are admitted but the price of entry is clear: be accompanied by a lesbian (or be a lesbian).

A Lezzie litmus test will be administered.

Tickets: $25 at the door or $20 presale at
Location: Society for Arts and Technology, 1195 boulevard Saint-Laurent

My Insider Tip: Grab your lesbian crew and head to China Town for a cheap and dee-lish dinner before meandering half a block north to the SAT. I love the “Little Sheep Mongolian Hot Pot Restaurant” for a fun, “DIY” dining experience. 50 De La Gauchetière West.

Not sure what to wear to the party? Why not start with a lesbian haircut
