JOHN LEGUIZAMO COMES TO MONTREAL. TRIES POUTINE.

Posted on July 14th, 2010 by .

You know John Leguizamo. He’s that guy who has managed to sneak into every movie ever made.

Some of his most notable roles have included:

Chi-Chi Rodriguez in “To Wong Foo, Thanks for Everything! Julie Newmar”
Tybalt Capulet in Baz Lurman’s “Romeo & Juliet”
Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec in “Moulin Rouge”
Sid the Sloth in Disney’s “Ice Age”

And he is the only person in cinematic history to shoot Harrison Ford on screen.

Anyone who can mess with Indiana Jones is pretty impressive in our books.

Leguizamo is in Montreal to debut his new one-man theater project entitled “Klass Klown” at the Just For Laughs Festival.

We sat down to talk about his return to theater, his plans for the show and what he’s been doing in Montreal.

Oh, then we brought out some poutine.
