    The New York Times recently praised the celestial food served to bands such as Arcade Fire, the National, K’naan and Snoop Dogg at Montreal’s Osheaga Festival. The catering, orchestred by Chuck Hughes, the chef at Montreal’s popular Garde-Manger restaurant and host of the Food Network’s “Chuck’s Day Off“, is one to go down in the history books.
