Several gastronomic events take place every year during Montréal’s restautant week, MTLàTABLE. This year is no different and includes guided gourmet tours, wine and spirits gatherings, a Relais & Châteaux experience, cultural activities and some delicious cheese and chocolate competitions. Here is a quick look at what’s on the menu from November 3 to 13. Guided tours Discover some of Montréal’s best gourmet neighbourhoods during MTLàTABLE by taking one of the several guided culinary tours offered. The Old Montréal food tour, presented by Local Montréal Tours This three-hour guided walking tour by Local Montréal Food Tours brings you on a culinary voyage through Montréal’s most historical district. You can expect a history lesson of significant landmarks as well as several food tastings, including local craft beer and Québec cheeses. Preview of the 2016 Edition of MTLàTABLE – Montréal’s Restaurant Week

This year marks the fifth edition of MTLàTABLE – Montréal’s Restaurant Week – which will be taking place November 3-13, 2016. This year’s edition is presented in collaboration with Les vins du Languedoc and will see 150 participating restaurants, offering a 3-course, $21, $31 and $41 set price evening menu. As for all you night owls out there, late night $21 menus are also back at some of the participating restaurants. This is a tasty opportunity for all food-lovers to go on a delicious discovery of several Montréal restaurants or revisit favourites at an affordable price. Whether you’re feeling romantic, want to revisit your favourite spot, need to book a family restaurant or organize an outing with friends, MTLàTABLE’s participating restaurants will have something to offer everyone. Brunches are back! Montrealers’ favourite weekend activity–brunch!– is back as an integral part of the MTLàTABLE programme for the second year.
