  • THE LEXUS OF SHOPPING MALLS: ROCKLAND CENTRE

    Posted by

Let’s face it girls. It’s almost winter. Which means, I am not shopping outside.
I am also walking away from the crazy Christmas shopping madness that’s about to hit the downtown area, in favour of the posh, crowd-free Rockland Centre.

The truth is, as a tourist, Rockland Centre is most definitely out of the way. However, for a smooth, hassle-free, up-scale shopping experience (read: no rowdy teenagers), it’s well worth the cab or metro ride

From unique Montreal designer boutiques like Marie St-Pierre to Michael Kors, Miss Sixty and H&M, Rockland Centre has a bit of everything for everyone.
The Mall is also celebrating its fiftieth anniversary this year, with a special EXPOSITION looking at fashion from the last five decades.
The old black and white photographs will no doubt inspire your style!
Here’s how you can get there by public transportation:
    Option 1
    Crémazie metro station
    Then take bus 100 (westbound)
    Or bus 460 (westbound)
    Option 2
    L’Acadie metro station
    Then take bus 179 (northbound)
