[christmas mass] ORATOIRE ST-JOSEPH – If the recent Canonization of Brother André doesn’t peak your interest, then the stunning views of the oratoire over Montreal’s North end certainly will. A selection of services over the weekend to choose from.

[touring] CHRISTMAS FOODS – Montreal markets are an ideal place to seek out the ingredients for a traditional or modern holiday feats, as well as little treasures to bring for those back home.

[cirque du soleil] QUIDAM – “A nameless passer-by, a solitary figure, a person rushing past. It could be anyone, anybody. The one who cries out, sings and dreams within us all. This is the “quidam” that Cirque du Soleil is celebrating.” We have no idea what that means, but heck Cirque du Soleil could do a tribute to toe jam and somehow it would be magical!

[holiday cheer] OLD MONTREAL’S EXTRAVAGANZA – If you enjoy festive lights, holiday caroling, skating rinks and all sorts of wintery delights, then you’re in luck. Even the Grinchiest-of-heart stand no chance.
