Visionaries Gather in Montréal to Celebrate the Legacy of Albert Einstein
Did you know that it has been 100 years since Albert Einstein created the General Theory of Relativity? It’s true what they say: space-time flies when you’re having fun!
To celebrate this historic milestone, the Canadian Friends of the Hebrew University is embarking on The Einstein Legacy Project. The purpose of the project is to inspire a new generation of scientists and humanitarians, to bring fresh thinking to contemporary global challenges and to make science, technology, engineering and mathematics more accessible and appealing to future generations.
The Einstein Legacy Project will launch the publication of Genius: 100 Visions of the Future (the world’s first 3D-printed book) with a star-studded private dinner event in Montréal. The dinner will represent one of the greatest gatherings of Nobel laureates, intellectuals, artists and scientists of our time.
Prior to the Dinner, a Genius 100: Innovation Summit will take place, inviting the general public to hear from some of the greatest minds on the planet on topics ranging from science and technology, to the environment, education, the arts and literature.
These innovative leaders will be attending the dinner and other events throughout the weekend.
