Montréal's Green Restaurants

Tourisme Montréal has partnered with the firm Viatao to identify Montréal's green restaurants. Foodies have access to the list of the restaurants that have distinguished themselves through their eco-responsible commitments. Among the best practices recognized that earned them a place on this list are the use of local ingredients (often from organic agriculture), recycling, composting, and the choice of a green LEED EB building to house their operations.
