This is not your usual sightseeing tour: it’s an immersion into vegan production, creation, innovation and philosophy. In short, it’s a healthy helping of Montréal’s vegan universe! Witness the innovations of this dynamic community and gain a different perspective of luxury rooted in ethical wellness and healthy living.

First, you’ll sample living cuisine at Crudessence, followed by vegan cuisine at Invitation V. The workshop concludes with a stop at a certified organic grocery store to discover innovative products preferred by naturopaths, herbalists and acupuncturists.

This workshop provides a wonderful opportunity to learn about vegan cuisine and even meet the chefs and entrepreneurs that bring these products to your table!
