At the exit of the Square-Victoria metro station, on Saint-Jacques Street
We will start our tour by making our way down McGill Street, a historically commercial street that has become the spot for trendy restaurants. We will then walk through the narrow cobblestone streets to discover the origins of Montréal. Along the way, you will find beautiful boutique hotels and restaurants hidden behind ancient walls. We will end the tour just in front of Marché Bonsecours, which was once one of Québec's largest indoor markets.

We will then invite you for a stroll through the cultures and culinary traditions that have shaped the Mile End of today. Think of Mordicai Richler, the renowned author who has magnificently depicted the history of this neighbourhood. We will also trace the steps of the Italians, the Greeks, the immigrant descendants from Eastern Europe and all the new generations of Montrealers who kindly welcome us in this hip part of town.

Cocktail Hour on Sainte-Catherine Street West – Out to discover its culinary renaissance

Starting at the mythical location of Montréal's sports history, we open the doors to the Sainte-Catherine Street of the 21st century. Come along for a walk where you will see, hear and come into contact with the revival of this part of the street. The local descendants, the Asian community and students from around the world meet and influence the restaurants and bars of Sainte-Catherine Street West. On this street, we can eat Turkish specialties, drink Mexican hot chocolate, and even be served by blind waiters. At the end of this journey, we invite you inside Chef Jerôme Ferrer's restaurant, Europea, recognized as one of the top 10 restaurants in the world in 2012.

Cocktail Hour following the Tam-Tams

At the exit of the Mont-Royal metro station
On Sundays, during the summer, Montrealers dance to the rhythmic sounds of the Tam-Tams on Mount Royal, then head for Du Mont-Royal Avenue for some shopping or a bite. Along the way, you will understand why this avenue is such a trendy meeting point. Your professional guide will introduce you to a classic from the 40's, a happening bar and a local pretzelleria. At the end of the tour, you will be on the corner of Saint-Laurent Boulevard, in the heart of Plateau Mont-Royal.
